We invest in professional photography on your behalf to maximize our marketing. We can provide optional video and onsite or virtual staging if you are interested.
In addition to online marketing, we're fond of marketing with a more personal touch as well through Open Houses, full-color flyers, and networking with local real estate agents and in our community.
Once the listing hits the market, we'll help organize showings, gather feedback, discuss any adjustments, if needed, and help you choose and negotiate the best offer.
Once your home is under contract, we'll manage the scheduling of inspections and appraisal, keep in touch with the Buyer’s agent, lender, and closing attorney, recommend movers, cleaners, and contractors, and communicate with you every step of the way through the closing of the sale of your home.
After the sale, we’re still here to answer any questions you have, provide documents for tax-filing, and to provide assistance and recommendations on the purchase and improvements of your new home.
