During our initial appointment, we’ll discuss your goals. What’s more important - return on investment or the comfort of home? We’ll recommend several lenders so that together you can determine your financial readiness for a purchase and a price-range. 

Feel free to ask any questions to get to know our company, our agent, and how we can help you. The next time we meet, we’ll enter into a Brokerage Agreement and begin house-hunting!

Now the fun part begins! With your goals and your price range in mind, we’ll put our resources to work, including custom searches in both the area's Multiple Listing Services, specialized skills in finding off-market properties, and networking with local real estate agents.

You decide which homes to tour. We’ll plan our route and schedule the showings at a time convenient for you.

Once you’ve found the right home, we will provide you with disclosures, if provided, and comparable sales in the area. We’ll then prepare an offer on your behalf and negotiate terms that reflect your interests and the value you put on the home.

Once we’re under contract, we'll recommend any service providers you need and help manage the scheduling of inspections. We’ll keep in touch with the Seller’s agent, your lender, and closing attorney to facilitate the process. We’ll keep you updated on contractual obligations and contingency periods. We’ll communicate with you every step of the way until you close and receive the keys for your new home!

After your move, we’re still here to answer any questions for you, provide you with documents for tax-filing, and offer any recommendations on improvements to your new home.
